Getaways Event Policies

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to susan@croptopiagetaways.com. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and the last four digits of the credit card you used to make payment. All refunds will be refunded in the same manner received.

• Refunds are permitted 60 days in advance of the event for a refund of fees paid, less a $15 processing fee.
• Due to contracted commitments to the hotel, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to an event.
• There will be no refunds for no-shows.
• There are no refunds for weather related delays or cancellations.
• Registration transfers are allowed up to seven days prior to the event with a $10 administrative fee. All requests for registration transfers must be received in writing.
• Croptopia Getaways reserves the right to cancel a scheduled event and is not responsible for airfare or other costs incurred by registrants. In the event of any such cancellation, registrants will be notified via email and all paid fees will be refunded.
• Returned checks will incur a $25.00 fee.

Event Policy

• Only registered attendees will be allowed in the cropping room(s).
• No children under the age of 12 may be present without permission of Croptopia Getaways.
• All personal scrapbook supplies must be placed within the designated space allowed. Blocking of aisles or moving tables is strictly prohibited.
• No open drinks will be allowed. A spill proof container must be used at all times.
• By registering for a Croptopia Getaways event, you give your consent to be photographed during the event and that such photos may be used in future publicity and/or promotional campaigns.
• Croptopia Getaways staff will be present for the duration of the weekend. However, Croptopia Getaways is not responsible for personal items of attendees.

Facility and Equipment Policy

The Creation Station is equipped with the latest scrapbooking tools on the market and is available to all attendees for unlimited usage during our events. By registering for an event, you agree to use reasonable care and caution when using the equipment, some of which is capable of causing personal injury if used improperly or carelessly. You agree to hold Croptopia Getaways, its principals, employees and agents, harmless from any and all liability resulting from equipment usage.
