Rates are per-person based on double occupancy. Prices include government taxes and port charges as well as the crafters fee of $225.00. Rates are based on availability at the time of reservation and are not considered confirmed until deposit is received. *Additional fuel supplements may be imposed by cruise line and will be charged to attendees. Croptopia Getaways is not responsible for additional fees imposed by the cruise line after booking.

Travel insurance is recommended and should be purchased at the time of deposit. Travel insurance includes medical, dental, emergency transportation, and accident coverage up to certain limits. The insurance also covers baggage protection and delay including lost or stolen items. In the event of a trip cancellation or interruption, the traveler would be covered up to a certain limit. Croptopia Getaways and their representatives act only as agents in making travel arrangements. Croptopia Getaways will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements, however, they do not assume any liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property because of any acts of war or terrorism, any act of default of any company or person rendering any of the services included. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant or other contractor rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the passenger. Croptopia Getaways, or the organizer, accept no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any other cause beyond their personal control. Croptopia Getaways is not acting as tour operator or guide.

– No children under the age of 12 may be present without permission of Croptopia Getaways.
– All personal scrapbook supplies must be placed within the designated space allowed. Blocking of aisles or moving tables is strictly prohibited.
– No open drinks will be allowed. A spill proof container must be used at all times.
– By registering for a Croptopia Getaways event, you give your consent to be photographed during the event and that such photos may be used in future publicity and/or promotional campaigns.
- Croptopia Getaways is not responsible for personal items of attendees. Attendees agree to You agree to hold Croptopia Getaways, its principals, employees and agents, harmless from any and all liability resulting from loss or damage of items of personal nature.

If you are a single traveler who has asked Croptopia Getaways to assist you in finding a travel companion, all responsibility for this arrangement will be between you and the person you are making the arrangements with. Croptopia Getaways assumes no responsibility for this arrangement whatsoever. Should this roommate cancel from the trip, you will be responsible for paying the single occupancy rate or finding a replacement.
